“Love this information! So many people try and sell you programs that are usually not sustainable. From my experience, not sustainable because they don’t tell you why you are doing what your doing. My question, and I hope I didn’t miss it (I’m going to listen again) is, if you are a runner, do you recommend cardio workout in conjunction with weight training or should that be on a separate day?
