“Literally I mean what I have as my title. This man is literally freaking amazing, he makes complicated information so much easier to understand, he always backs up his information, & he’s real with you.
He will nicely point out people’s mistakes so they can be better and start seeing results. Not many people do that, they just tell you “be in a calorie deficit, do more cardio” but never go into detail how to approach that the way he does.
I’m waiting for the moment he starts giving talk shows because man oh man, that’s going to be freaking bomb .
I wish there was a way his information could be translate because I’m doing my very best to translate these podcasts to my mom im Spanish so she’s aware that “diet” isn’t everything. Having a healthy functioning heart is everything, moving your body is everything, eating your fav dessert in portions is everything.
Regardless she has learned so much from him (even though it’s by translating 😂) & so have I.
Your work is amazing.
