Doable in everyday life
I have followed for many years . It’s great that his philosophy accounts for enjoying life. When I watch people on fad diets (lookin at you optavia) say they fell off the wagon for their birthday, I wonder how miserable they are that they probably feel guilty eating cake for their birthday. His method is much more realistic.
