“This is the best episode on training programme design yet. Gives a good overview on duration, splits, number of days you should exercise, as well as all of the exercises you need to do to achieve a specific goal. It was a bit too long, two hours is a lot of time, but it was so worth it.
My question for part 2:
If I want to lose fat, should I programme a HIIT session into my programme? A WOD/ CrossFit style type of finisher? Should it be separate? Or should I have a cardio day?”
