One of the best science based with simple real life applications
I like to listen to a few different fitness / nutrition podcasts during my walks and runs instead of music — especially when I’m doing weight loss cuts, needing to remind myself of good habits, and just having a mind on health. This is my favorite one out of them all, I like the variety of topics covered and its being scientifically backed and not snake oil. Also, the real life applications are good, some podcasts get too much into the science and not the why or how.
