He is also a L4 and World Rugby Master Coach Educator. In his 26 years as a Secondary School Teacher Justin was the Director of Rugby or First XV coach at many schools and held the role of Manager Coach Education with Rugby Victoria. During this episode we spoke about the difficulties of a rugby landscape in a non-rugby country.
