Harm to Women in War Goes Beyond Sexual Violence: `Obstetric Violence' Neglected

In recent decades, the international community has sought to address the particular harms that women and girls experience in war. International law now punishes sexual violence in armed conflict. And there’s the Women, Peace and Security agenda, which the U.N. Security Council launched in 2000 with Resolution 1325. Fast talk!😕

This would be a 5 ⭐️review, and I hope Kate Shaw doesn’t take offense, but she talks SO fast, I missed important information. Het contribution was very important, but the speed of her delivery made it hard to absorb. Otherwise a stellar episode. Thank you!
