Throughout your journey and to today, how do has your relationship with food and your changing eating styles/habits played a role in your social lives (friends making comments, explaining to loved ones and strangers alike why you eat the way you do without internalizing their comments or questions as criticism or becoming defensive, etc.). And how have you learned to trust your body into telling you when you’re hungry vs. deciphering when it’s just your mind telling you it wants something, even if it’s healthy foods?”
