Why is
Everyone talking so fast you can hardly picture what they’re saying? I liked this show initially but it’s trying too hard and the speed at which some of the panel are rattling off recipes is counter productive because the whole point of a food thing is to imagine the food. I don’t think you’ll do this show successfully on delivery alone even if you are trying to appeal to a young and snappy audience

In the winter I always prove my dough on the floor above the underfloor heating. If it’s not cold enough to have the heating on I warm the oven and prove the dough on the top of that in a glass bowl. I should clarify that I have a table top oven.
