Wow, not your typical podcast
I stumbled on this podcast and this is not the typical Q&A interview where the guest is also promoting their new book or talking about recent success. The host and producers do a fantastic job to make the guest’s knowledge and experiences they have to share the star of the show—notice I did not say the guest is the star. That’s what sets this podcast apart. Shane asks very deep questions that seem to spark a passion in the guest then he sits back and lets them talk. Some of the podcasts are an hour and a half and I was hesitant because I was not looking to listen to one person ramble about a single topic for that long; however, each question takes the conversation to a new level and hooks me even more. I have even referred to the show notes after the episodes because the guests cover so much! Every episode I have listened to I have found myself thinking, “Nooooo, not yet,” when the host wraps of the interview. Kudos to the whole production team.

This show will challenge you intellectually. Shane gets into very deep discussions with his guests. I loved the Venkatesh Rao and the Chris Dixon episodes. Bring on more thoughtful guests like these!
