Description
In this episode of The Kriya Yoga Podcast, we consider the power of Ishvara. Ishvara is often referred to as God or AUM. Aligning attention with Ishvara is considered to be the fastest route to Self-realization. All of our yogic and meditation practices serve to make this easier. In this episode, we explore the meaning of Ishvara and consider relevant ways to experience the reality of Ishvara.
