Good story, sub-par reporting
I totally feel for the daughter and her family for going through this torment, and I applaud her for her extraordinary strength and courage to go as far as to Luxembourg to seek answers. However, I feel this story was hampered by the reporting style especially from the male host Bryan. I do not find the hosts empathetic towards Sally or the situation, often talking over her and guests. Bryan in particular sounded confrontational with a resident in the Luxembourg episode. When the resident stated that he would’ve preferred to be approached more appropriately and suggested some examples, I was shocked to hear Bryan claiming he did exactly that, when in fact he raised his voice at the man, talking over him many times, sounded patronising and entitled. At no time Bryan sounded friendly or calm. If I was the resident I would’ve flat-out refused to engage. Also, it was disturbing to hear Bryan continue to speculate what kind of person the Luxembourg resident is or could be. The whole discussion afterwards was speculative, sensationalist and disrespectful.
