Position: Executive Personal Assistant with potential for advancement and growth. Location: Austin-based only. Most work remote, with 2-3 days per week on location. Hours: Full-time position 40 hours per week Mon-Fri 10am-6pm Compensation: Commensurate with experience Performance and pay rate reviews will be performed yearly, at which rate increases will be considered. Experience Requirement: You must have prior executive and/or personal assistant experience. No exceptions, please. General Skills Required: Extremely high-level organization, tactical/systems-based thinking, and time management skills are of highest priority, followed by tech ability, and an understanding of online marketing, and social media. Your goal should be to outgrow your assistant function after the first year and move up into a more challenging and lucrative management position in the organization.
