Love this show- thank you for the lessons
I’ve been listening to this show for three years now and am so thankful for all that it’s taught me. His guests are diverse, informative, and quirky. As I read through some of these reviews, I can’t help but think that a lot of folks completely miss the point of all that this show stands for- diverse thought, health, spirituality, self work, and GROWTH. It appears that anything that does not fit “mainstream” these days is quickly labeled as conspiracy. I know I’ve personally learned more in the last year from this podcast (health and immune system) than anything that’s coming from the world leaders right now. Also, we all need to show more grace to media/influencers like Luke who are publicly discussing evolving topics. What’s factual one day could be completely unscientific the next. The world is constantly changing and we are allowed to change our thoughts and opinions based on new evidence. In my opinion, we’re on a dangerous path where critical thinking and free thought is being stifled. We need ppl like Luke to continue having these conversations. Thank you for all that you do and please keep inviting the weirdos on 😉.

I am finding...Read full review »

Luke has a very natural, relaxed and comfortable tone that is a nice contrast to a lot of other podcasts I listen to with similar topics and themes. My favorite episodes so far are with Daniel Vitalis and Tero Isokauppila. Many of the "life hack" (I hate that term) specialists have an...Read full review »

I first heard Luke speak at a Neil Strauss event in 2015 and was totally blown away. Here was this relatively unknown guy presenting some seriously novel ideas in a room full of media popular biohackers. I believe the talk was called 'How to Thrive in a Toxic World' - highly suggest you...Read full review »
