Entertaining and shaking my world into order
This has been the most spiritually useful comprehensive capture of what it means to be here as a Christian. I grew up in a very catholic home, then explored Buddhism in my late twenties/early thirties, always with Jesus as my God. But I lacked the resources to mature in my faith despite being around priests and bishops and people who were very pious. I discovered Bishop Barron, then Jordan Peterson, then Jungian analysis and the Ignatian Exercises, then the Church Fathers while becoming Greek Orthodox (late 2021). But THIS podcast is what has given me the right epistemological foundation for ordering all that I have been engaged in my journey. Thank you. This is so absolutely on point. And funny in a nerdy way.

After hearing the recent episode on giants, I knew the had to leave a review for you guys. This opens up so much of scripture that I’ve really struggled to make sense of over the years.

This podcast does an amazing job of undermining and problematizing the unquestioning secular stances of most Americans. And it helps reveal the nature of the world as being thick, and likewise filled with mysterious spiritual beings and meanings.
