Changing my Life for the Better

While listening to your podcast I had reflected on my life. I thought about thing I have felt and why I felt that way. This then let me think about how I can improve or change because “I am my own biggest critics”. It also made me think about the ways to positively change my mindset. Whenever I felt down I had let myself fall down that well. I want to change this now to be able to feel better when I am overwhelmed. I might even start drawing since I have many coloring books.

Thank you for making these podcast! It made me reflect on things in my life that I had been thinking about for a while.

Refreshing

The conversation I really enjoyed was “On recovering a Sense of Strength”

There were others I enjoyed just as equally, such as navigating identity and finding peace within.

What I enjoyed most about these two were the fact that their is no right order to do ANYTHING as long as we start! Perfect example from the conversation was “how old will I be when I finish? Same age you’ll be if you never started”, and that hit hard because of how true that is! Especially for me I didn’t want to get back into college because I was already in my twenties and it had felt too late, but I couldn’t stand the jobs I was working at. Now I’m happily about to graduate getting into a career that brings me happiness and along with healing myself. I’m finding the peace of mind when I start to write or explore what’s good for me. I really enjoyed listening in and taking what was said for my own personal life and goals.

Such Important Messages

The messages and conversations being spoken about in these episodes are very grounded and shares a perspective that is incredibly important. It is so important to reflect on topics that may feel too much or hard to talk about. I especially loved the message that it may start with us, but it doesn’t end with us. It is important to slow down and connect with ourselves. Listening to this podcast gave me amazing new perspectives!
