A sleep scientist recommended Matt’s book to me some years back, and I’ve been learning about sleep on and off ever since. Matt is an excellent communicator of sleep science, and I enjoy listening to this podcast when I need a reminder that it’s okay to prioritize my sleep. In terms of future content, I’d welcome a series on the link between sleep and depression, as I think that’s a topic that would benefit from further clarification. Keep up the good work!

Can you please cover sleep Aids & quality of sleep? Is it better to take something to sleep or no sleep at all? As soon as I lay down to sleep, I get heart palpitations & my mind starts racing. I just can’t shut it down. In order to fall asleep, I take my anxiety medication. Thank you!
