“Andy and company, thank you for producing this wonderful content. I only found it a few months ago but I have spent a lot of time listening back through past episodes. The one that hit me the hardest was the episode about feeling alone. I have always struggled with anxiety but as I've mmatured and found myself digging deeper into this style of thinking/living, I have felt the rift getting larger. I was backsliding into depressive states often and struggling to see it in a more positive way. No one around me seemed to even understand what I was saying. Then I listened to your talk about loneliness and why it happens and how to overcome it. I can honestly say, it felt like a weight was lifted off my shoulders immediately, just to know that someone else has felt it and even understands it better than I do.
