    In this episode you will: 
    Identify Your Strengths: Pinpoint three tasks or skills that come naturally to you, setting the foundation for growth.Celebrate Your Wins: List the coolest aspects of yourself in a quick, insightful exercise that boosts self-confidence.Take Action: Explore real-world examples and actionable steps to effectively use your superpowers.Here are specific exercises that Kavita shared during the episode which you can journal to help you identify your Strengths or Superpowers:
    List 3 things or tasks that you are really good at (ie. I am really good at putting together a financial statement)List 3 specific skills or talents you’ve developed that make you successful at what you do (ie. My mind has a natural ability to process the meaning behind the numbers)  List the 10 coolest things about you. These can be experiences you’ve had (eg.running a marathon, skydiving), roles you play (eg. parent, sibling, best friend), skills or expertise (eg. speaking French fluently)Ask 3-5 people who know you well, “what do you think are my superpowers or zone of genius? What topic do you come to me for advice? “What do I do that you find of value?”Is there a common theme in their responses and do their answers align with your own assessment?Based on the superpowers that you’ve identified and others have shared, ask yourself: “Am I currently using my talents to the best of my ability?” “How can I use my talents or superpowers in a different way than I am using them right now that would make me more energized?” For further guidance there are 3 ways to work with Kavita  - discuss them in a free consultation here

    1) Muscle is very important for functional independence, metabolic health and cardiovascular health - especially for women in midlife who lose 8% of muscle every decade 
    2) start where you are at - you need to find out what is your physical status and reconnect your brain with your muscle, especially if you haven't exercised in a long time.
    3) I think resilience is more like a safety net that you knit for yourself where you have various points of support, and when one breaks away, you still have all the knots that will help you bounce back and keep going. Don't rely on just one support in your health system - have various points where you can fall back on
    4) Tying to eat healthy is the worst strategy. Make your health goal specific and also let go of the big picture which can scare you. Always focus on what you can do right now, don't look so far ahead
    The biggest takeaway from this episode is this: it’s never too late to take charge of your health - take small steps, start where you are, and celebrate all your little wins and you will see how much better you feel!
