I love to listen to podcasts while I do things like draw, knit, and garden. This was the first podcast that I ever chose to sponsor on Patreon. It’s creative and you can feel the passion of the writer for what she’s creating.

I struggle with the stream of consciousness style podcasts that have become the norm. This show is beautifully spaced, well-written interesting and entertaining. More like a radio-drama than a podcast. Aside from the content (which is a real gem for those of us that love the occult, alchemy,...Read full review »

This has quickly become one of my favourite podcasts. I love the blend of fact and fiction, and all the wonderful characters. I liked it enough that I became a patron. You should too!

I have listened to this podcast off and on since the beginning and love the premise of it. The storyteller has a relaxing voice but the constant pauses of “uh” “um” “er” is so grating to me that I had to unsubscribe.

This podcast is amazing! Miranda’s voice is awesome. My favorite part of this podcast is the “advertising” in it. She’s so creative. The Masked Ball episode was amazing. Highly recommend this. This is the podcast I listen to when I need a “palette cleanser” for my other podcasts. Highly recommended

The Midnight Library is an exceptional concept that has been bolstered by some of the tightest scripting and fun topics topics combined into a show that feels like an evolution of classic radio programs. I attended the masked ball because I received an invitation. Of course I did. Stefan Strangeways sent it to me. Stefan did. My costume, you ask? Why, I decided to go disguised as the scariest woman in recent history.

I’ve been listening to this mostly in order, and it’s delightful. It feels like a combination of the creepy and interesting types of stories found on Lore and the personality and world building of Welcome to Nightvale. If you want a visual media equivalent, it has a similar vibe to the Netflix...Read full review »

This is the most amazing little gem I ever stumbled on! I love listening to it while I relax, game, and even sleep! Also, a suggestion- if there could be an episode on ‘La Llorona’ and other weeping woman archetypes, that would be epic. Love this podcast!!

The ever endearing and unsafe aisles of the Midnight Library are a delight to haunt as Miranda Merrill and Mr. Darling welcome the local unsuspecting townsfolk into its delightful, story-telling, book filled depths. I cannot reccommend enough.

I love to feel I am one of the invited guests treading carefully down the dim corridors at Midnight, trying to not touch anything, catch the eye of anything peering at me from corners, to sit on velvet chairs until the lovely host, Miranda, glides in.

I have no idea why or how I happened upon this jewel but I am so glad I did. This is my little getaway from everyday life. There is no podcast like this one. Whimsical and macabre, dark and charming, relaxing and spine-tingling all at the same time. It has rapidly risen to become one of my absolute favorites. The spooky charm and lovable banter of Ms. Merrick and Mr. Darling is addicting. More, please!!
