Once a leader always a leader
As a prior service 13F40 I use the leadership skills I gained and developed in the Army on a daily basis, inside and outside my home. I am now giving back through public as an alderman in my community. This podcast is a great refresher and motivation to continue to grow and refine as a leader even after service.

Thank you for your first episode. It was inspiring to hear General Brown’s experience with leader development. I am an AF 2d Lt, coming up on 11 years TIS. Thank you for putting this podcast on. Even though I am not in the Army, so much of what you say applies to the entirety of my career, even when I was a wee A1C. I hope I have the opportunity to shake your hand one day.
