The Mindful Embodied Witch Episode 8 - Self acceptance meditation
In this episode we talk about body acceptance body neutrality and body positivity. We talk a bit about how we are conditioned into perceiving our bodies in different ways and how this can lead to insecurities. Then, we practice an acceptance and self-love meditation to release resistance and tension from different parts of the body and to focus on affirmations that ground us back into remembering we are whole, worthy, enough and beautiful just as we are.

The Mindful Embodied Witch Episode 7 - Meditative poetry
In this episode will practice meditative poetry also known as poetry meditation. I’ll be sharing an original poem that I wrote called ‘Danbwa’, which was part of a contribution for a project titled Living Language Land. The poem is an incantation for us to reconnect with the spirit of the woods, our inner wildness, and our deep bond with the earth. It’s mostly in English with some words in Kreol Morisien; you don’t need to know this language to be able to experience this meditation. Simply immerse yourself in the words and let your imagination carry you; let your creativity be free so that any visions and imagery may come up in your mind and move through you when ready while you engage in a practice that will help you deepen your sense of contemplation and reflection, especially in relation to your connection with the land and earth.

The Mindful Embodied Witch Episode 6 - Deep breaths
In this episode we will practice a meditation for clearing the mind of cluttered thoughts and distractions. It’s a quick and relatively easy meditation that takes a little time to get familiar with, so feel free to listen to it as many times as you need to help you practice. It can really be beneficial for helping to create a sense of calm in our minds and develop our ability to be a non-judgmental observer of our thoughts.
