Essential part of my day
I swear these episodes, and the practical and implementable techniques and tools they suggest, have become as essential to my mental health as physical exercise and therapy. Rachael is an absolute gem. The podcast itself is soft and soothing and so enjoyable to listen to. My mindfulness practice started very recently at a point of crisis and I don’t think I would have started without this podcast. Thanks Rachael. The work you are doing is so important and necessary in a world that is often counter-conducive to mindfulness, gratitude and non-judgment.
