Taking the time for tea
I love The Mindful Kind podcast. It is really helpful during times of stress. I currently enjoy mindful cups of tea and take the time to breathe. I am looking forward to listening to future episodes. Thanks Rachael.

Fantastic mindfulness podcast series that is easy listening, easy to understand, but more importantly challenges listeners at the end of each episode to use a mindfulness technique for different daily applications!
