Inspiring mindfulness
I have only recently discovered The Mindful Kind after having complex surgery (craniotomy & cranioplasty) & during my recovery I needed to find something to listen to as I had little energy to do anything else. What a delight to find The Mindful Kind. I decided to start right at the beginning & over the past few weeks I have listened to over 80 episodes. They have been so inspiring especially as I have been very reflective during this time as well as very mindful of the loving care & kindness from those close to me. A very close elderly family member also sustained multiple serious injuries as well during this time which has left us devastated. I now listen to a few episodes each night to help me focus on breathing, on being mindful, on being grateful. Thank you Rachael, you are very inspiring.

I've only listened to a couple of Rachel's podcasts but I'm already drawn in. She has a calming, even tone to her voice which makes for easy listening. I'm looking forward to following her more.Read full review »

Found this podcast on itunes under the 'Related' tab on Alanis Morissette's podcast. Such a timely find and more useful info packed into 10 mins than Alanis' hour long, esoteric and often boring conversations! Thanks Rachael :)Read full review »

Rachael's calm voice makes me think that she has it all figured out! After listening to this podcast I think taking mindfulness practice to your everyday tasks is one of the most simple meditations I could do. I would love to hear more about mindfulness in the workplace. Great work!Read full review »
