Rachel is a true angel
I have been listening to this podcast for 2 years now, and I always come back when I feel mentally drained. I love these short episodes because I can squeeze them into my daily commutes and work breaks. Rachel’s voice is so soothing and the energy of the episodes is positive, uplifting and relaxing. I love how she presents simple solutions to the hardships of modern life. Rachel, thank you for helping me care for my mental health!

Im loving listening to The Mindful Kind. I feel a sense of calm when Rachael is talking. I can relate to so much of her past experiences, which helps me look forward and take on her bits and pieces of advice.
