“I absolutely love your podcast! I have been listening to select episodes and I have gleaned some insight into myself with each one.
I replay some episodes that really touched me, so the message sinks in.
I have gone from not being able to really focus on anything but negativity, to being able to embrace not only positivity around me, but also from within.
I reached a dark place recently and felt completely lost. I realized also that I’ve felt lost for many years. I had a minor traumatic event in my relationship which caused me a need to reflect on myself and discover once again who I am.
This podcast has helped me to see that I am important and I need to treat myself as such. I had honestly not even considered the idea of self care until listening.
I used to be nicknamed sunshine pretty much everywhere I went, and I feel like the clouds are parting and the sunshine is back!
