Great Podcast
I started listening to this podcast just a few weeks ago and I’m in love. I felt discouraged at work and I needed something to motivate me and keep me positive. Rachael is so calming and provides easy tips to be more mindful in my everyday life. Just in two weeks I’ve started running before work, talking walks on my lunch break, making lists of things that made me happy that day, and appreciating the small things. Thank you for helping me keep on track with the things that matter most to me in my life.
