Hi Rachael, I’m a long-time listener. I found your show back when you had about 20 episodes. I was recovering from a stroke at the time. Mindfulness was something I was curious about after injury because it was yoga-adjacent and I was not able to do yoga at that time. Learning about mindfulness helped me adapt to my new normal and develop gentler mindset. Your podcast became a valuable part of my recovery. And after all these years, I still feel more grounded and grateful after listening to a Mindful Kind episode. Thank you for sharing yourself, your practice, and insights with the world & me.

I recently discovered this podcast and absolutely love it! Rachael discusses ways to live a more fulfilled and happier life. Her voice is very calming and suggestions are practical and easy to implement. I cannot recommend it highly enough, keep up the good work Rachael!
