Anxiety relief. If there is such a thing.
I cannot recommend this podcast enough. Not only has Rachael helped me with her calming, soothing voice and practical advice, my young son who also suffers anxiety has been helped as well. He often falls asleep at night listening to the podcast and knows he can play it when he is overwhelmed. It's a beautiful thing. I recommend this podcast for young and old alike.Read full review »
