“I am very new to the practice of mindfulness, however am really enjoying taking moments during the day to refocus my mind back to me and blur out the monotony of life. Iβm a mum of three teenage girls and often forget to take some me time. This has allowed me to do that and also make it a priority. Knowing I donβt need to factor in any time to my daily routines to do so, I can simply do it when ever.
