The episodes are the perfect length for my walk and get me in a good mindset to start my day. Rachael gives great tips and exercises that I can actually implement in my life, which is something I hadn’t gotten from counselors/therapists in the past. While I sometimes get frustrated when I don’t feel the effects from the mindfulness exercises, this podcast gives me hope that I can one day be on the mindfulness path I want to be on.”
