I have just begunthis journey and have sourced various apps and podcasts. This is very much out in front. Rachael is so authentic and engaging. I love the clear explanations and relevant examples and Rachael's enthusiasm and passion comes through in such a genuine way. I look forward to every podcast. Loving becoming more aware of mindfulness practices. Crawling into bed and listening to the series is a great way to wind down, become more mindful and rest.

I cannot recommend this podcast enough. Not only has Rachael helped me with her calming, soothing voice and practical advice, my young son who also suffers anxiety has been helped as well.
