I love your podcast!
Firstly I have to thank you for making these podcasts they are so beautifully presented and have been one of the biggest helps in my life recently! I came across your podcast a few weeks ago and I’ve almost finished listening to all of them. They have enabled me to learn so much about myself and to become more mindful when I’m experiencing stress or anxiety which is something I’ve struggled with for a long time! Listening to your knowledge and own personal experiences on becoming more mindful is now apart of my morning routine and I love it so thank you !

Im loving listening to The Mindful Kind. I feel a sense of calm when Rachael is talking. I can relate to so much of her past experiences, which helps me look forward and take on her bits and pieces of advice.
