Best way to unwind after a long day!
I’ve been listening to The Mindful Kind after testing days at work and find they help me to relax and unwind, as well as learn some easy and effective ways to implement mindfulness into my daily life. Rachael’s voice is friendly, reassuring and very easy to listen to. This lady knows her stuff! I’m really looking forward to listening to more of the Mindful Kind and am recommending it to all my friends!
