New to podcasts
Thanks so much for the time you have taken to talk to me this is how it feels I am in my sixties never knew what a podcast was until a friend mentioned it to me as my husband of over 45 years recently died then we had the bushfires in east Gippsland and I was locked in my town then came Covid I have known my husband since I was 15 so to suddenly have no one else to talk with has been overwhelming for me but when I listen to you I am calm and get practical tips to start my day or help me fall into calmness at night thanks so much Lynne

This is by far the best mindfulness podcast ever, Rachael is so lovely and genuine and gives helpful and practical advice on how to encourage being more mindful in our everyday lives. Thank you Rachael, please never stop doing what you are as it is honestly so helpful.
