It’s weird to be introduced to a meditation podcast by someone who tells us their job title is “Sales Director.” Perhaps that’s why the preamble was all about how great they are and encouraging listeners to leave a review (and here it is…). When the meditation finally starts, there was lots and...Read full review »

I only listened to a few of these and the sound quality is awful. In some of them you could hear traffic in the background 😅

These medications are thoughtfully prepared with a different meditation guide each time. The length is perfect. I love them.

12 minute meditations are perfect bite size for a beginner. In fact I started enjoying them so much that i do at least 2 a day. And the topics also are very interesting and each one is a different experience. God bless you all for your effort in making the world a better place

I am disappointed that this meditation is pushing critical theory power & oppression narrative. It would be more honest to state the ideological mindset that you are pushing so that this is transparent. Very dissatisfied & it is grossly Deceitful of you.

I found this episode very helpful. Through mindfulness, I am now open to awareness of my judgemental thoughts. Nice one Barry.

Emotions are real, not the antithesis to rationality and the goal is to work with our various emotions, not subdue them. Wow. S appreciate the real- life discussion and application of mindfulness in our very real day to day lives. Thank you for making this available for free. Top Shelf all the...Read full review »

I’ve listened to a few of them. They were simple and helpful to me. Thank you for offering these for free with no product placement or ads. I will subscribe and listen to more meditations.

Turning the microphone off/on in between speaking is very distracting.

I found 1 meditation out of all of them that was ok and even that had police sirens in the background. The recordings were pretty bad quality and distracting. Either that or the speakers spoke too quickly which made it impossible to relax. Such a shame.

I am surprised that this podcast has not been reviewed before. I have found it to be an excellent resource for my own meditation. I am so lucky to be born in an age where the wisdom of a 2500 contemplative tradition can be carried in my pocket and utilised by the light tap of a button! Thank you.

EN: Technique is simple and easy to use. Voice of most podcast is from older men and it could be some one who don't like it. For example headspace and Andy - this one I personally like more. CZ: dobrý podcast. Někomu nemusí vyhovovat hlas. Třeba headspace a hlas Andyho je pro mě osobě...Read full review »

I appreciate that these meditations from great teachers are available for free. I’m gravitating toward them instead of simple habit, an app that cost me over $100/year. The meditations on this podcast are amazing.

Tried to listen to the episode on dealing with difficult emotions. Was too distracted by hearing all the saliva in the presenter's mouth while she was talking. Even worse: the audible swallows she would take. Edit, people. Could not make it through even this 10 minute episode.
