Patronizing and too drawn out
Yes this is a story worth investigating and telling and much praise is due to dogged journalism here. But the let down is a production style that wants too many cliff hangers (most of which are really not cliff hangers at all) and is content to talk to the audience as if they were 5 year olds being introduced to the world for the first time. Cut the time on air in half, sharpen the narrative (and also follow up a good deal more on what is happening with the brother and the prosecutions in the US) and remove the amateur dramatics from the voice over and this would be as superb as it thinks it is.

I heard about this from another podcast (Fortunately with Fi and Jane, also a good listen) and binged the first 3 eps. I’m now listening weekly and reminds me of the anticipation I had waiting for the next ep of Serial to drop. Can’t recommend this highly enough for any podcast fan!
