Takes two episodes to hit its stride, but great
The first two episodes are by far the weakest, which is unfortunate. But the show then rapidly builds itself into something really cool. Clever stories, good narrative arc, relaxing voice. Would highly recommend to Magnus Archive fans.

This show needs more love. The stories are atmospheric and bring forth a wide range of emotions. Heartwarming, heartbreaking, terrifying, etc. The stories often play on traditional myths and legends in new ways, often in ways that show genuine compassion for the weird or outcast. Genuinely spooky and fun to listen to. Really feels like it hits its stride early, and only becomes more engaging as the story progresses.
