High quality interviewing and guests
Mario has a good style with a plan and simple technique of letting the guests speak without interaction allowing them to meander and make their points organically. I do agree with another reviewer though in that Mario should consider introducing the guests as not everyone is recognisable. Some of the questions do seem a bit repetitive from several episodes so unless there is a specific reason for asking the same questions it would be worth freshening them up each time. Other than that Mario thanks for an amazing podcast, good luck!
