Newbie to podcasts
New here and to podcasts in general, only listened to the procrastination episode so far but really really loved the incorporation of science and implementation tips into the discussion. Look forward to hearing the rest of that series this evening!
Great!
In a desperate attempt to end my procrastination habits, I stumbled upon “The Morning Struggle”; using Apple Podcasts this seemed like the right way to go, as I had recently read that what you do in the morning tends to dictate your day, along with a quote stating that if you do your bed in the morning you will be more productive. I was amazed with how easy the quote made the habit seem, but with the podcast, I hadn’t gotten the realistic point of view.
The most memorable of the episodes I heard was definitely “Early Morning wake up”, in which the speakers talk about how surprisingly addictive it can become, due to the amount of work one can get done by the extended day provided by it. It made me choose to do the same, which helped with my procrastination a lot as well; during this time, I can get basic things such as my room, myself, and what I should eat done with, and I can get a head start on assignments, which was what was described by the episode.
I would like to as the hosts of the podcast how they can keep the rhythm of the habit going, as it is extremely energy draining, with gym, boxing, and countless hours of school and practice. I wonder how hard or easy it is for the two of them and what they do during the day, so I can adjust better,
I would like the podcast to include hobbies that can be done during the early morning hours of the day, so that a schedule or simile of it can be done depending on the days and hobbies. It is fit to match with the podcast as it is still part of the morning struggle and it is fitting to the audience as well. I am sure that many like me would like ideas to change up the routine as well since runs and exercises get boring and Un motivational after a few days of them; nevertheless, it would be great to see something like that on the podcast.
Amazing
I have been so good at waking up ever since I have started this podcast
