Great tips!

There were some great ideas in this podcast. I especially loved the guest speaker's idea of making sure that on the initial call in, the potential patient feels we are there to help them and not just make money. "If we can't help, we will refund your money on the consultation and exam." Wow! That is a risk but certainly a commitment on the part of your dentist. Can't wait to hear the next episode.
