This is a well presented, evidence based study of depression which has become an epidemic in our time. It outlines the practice of mindfulness as a tool to prevent relapse, most useful in moderate to severe recurrence and backed up with clinical trials. Very easy to understand, many thanks

I really liked the cognitive therapy , it's better antidepressants which only make you feel better without concentrating on the cause of depression . i'm writing to you from Syria where depression became so common because of the current events.

This an easy to listen to and interesting Introduction to MBCT. However, in the first 4 episodes, there is not a lot of meat. You really need to get an accompanying book. I've been studying "The Mindful Way through Depression" by Mark Williams, et al. The book comes with a CD for guided...Read full review »

Very pleased that I downloaded this series. In particular I was unaware of the statistics and the trends surrounding relapse and recurrence, the cognitive mechanisms behind this, and how new strategies have been found to immunise against it. Thank you for making this.

I've listened to all 3 so far (there are only three at time of writing) and I find them fascinating. I have mild depression myself and I find these really helpful in helping me understand whats going on inside my brain, and inside my mind. The language used is easy for the average user to...Read full review »

The voices and discussion are very clear and easy to listen to. At the time of writing only a few episodes are posted, so I find myself looking forward for the next one. This is quite a complex subject and the authors do well explaining it. The first episode had lots of statistics about how...Read full review »

Very good background on depression and pathways to its cure. Not all will agree with all that is said, of course, given the great divisions that exist in this field. I found the information in the first two episodes to be very informative, yet at the same time, very easy to listen to. I very...Read full review »

Great exposition on the topic. If only I knew earlier what was it all about, would have helped me avoid a lot of grief...
