In this episode, we discuss a new humidity sensor from Penn State researchers that enables smart diapers and a range of other health monitors. The affordable and accessible manufacturing approach required to make these flexible sensors - which consists of salt, paper, and a pencil - is very promising given that it addresses the critical shortcomings similar products for wide scale adoption.
