A great movie podcast

One of very few podcasts that I never miss. Alex is a great sherpa as we journey into the wildlands of film and TV.

A Movie Podcast by Movie Watchers

What I love about this podcast is that they come at movies as viewers. While Alex obviously researches the movies, and seems to have a wider breadth of knowledge than just cramming from wikipedia and imdb, Vinnie and especially Brad haven’t even seen that many movies, and are approaching it as new viewers who are getting to discover a lot of films for the first time. The trick is that this crew has a long history in video game reviewing and video production, so they have all the skills and knowledge needed to discuss and review a piece of media, and now they get to apply it to a new medium. Highly skilled novices being guided through some classic movies by Alex. They always approach it as a viewer of the movie and not a student in a film history classroom.

High Art

Three great people, love the themed months, and really great editing and sound drops. Plus, I love the production research on the movies! Couldn’t ask for more!
