Biased and potentially harmful
Though I’ve only listened to a few of the episodes I feel the presentation is submissive to alternative treatments that may be very helpful by taking a small part of the treatment plan that may at first seem unpleasant and characterizing the entire protocol with that minor part. Each episode relays so much information in a short period of time. I’ve learnt so much from this show! And not fads and “health coach” ideas, but scientifically-backed facts.

Reading straight from Wikipedia?
Literally sounds like the entire podcast is scripted/read from Wikipedia. She lists facts (credible source, unknown) every single podcast. And Ads. Ads. Ads. A new sponsor every episode. Would give no stars if I could. Probably the worst podcast I have listened to
