I have always struggled with self-confidence. I always thought it was a function of my weight. Even at my lowest weight I never had the confidence I thought being thin would bring me. I would love to come to the point in my life where my love of food and my desire for optimum health were at odds with each other.Intuitive eating and food freedom feels like the way for me.
