“Listen, this show is incredible. Top down! From the writing, the direction, the acting, and the thematic elements. It’s everything I want in a show. The podcast, however, is a different story for me. I’m not a huge fan of Lisa Ling. I understand why they got her to host, however, she is ideologically annoying to listen to. I am extremely thankful when they bring on actors and people of the production team to talk about the craft of the show rather than ideological pitfalls of today. We already are bombarded with that in the news. Also, sometimes they leave out portions of the show in the recap. For instance, I just listened to Episode 4 and they left out Buckley and his story line. We, as viewers, have questions from the previous seasons that NOBODY is answering, or even mentioning. That’s annoying. I guess I would like more talking about “the show and production” than incessant questions about dumb things no one wants to hear about.”
