Carlos Hurtado is a former University of Memphis soccer player. He was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela. Carlos started playing soccer at a very young age, but, as time went on, he wanted to raise his level and play in a more competitive environment. After a summer camp at IMG Academy, he got an offer to stay and play for them.  After his playing time at IMG, Carlos got an offer to play D1 soccer for the University of Memphis.
