This podcast is so interesting and informative down to earth and easy to listen to I no longer live in the UK but this keeps me up to date on what’s going on in the food and restaurant world and gives me a lot of inspiration recipe and idea wise.

Love the Olive magazine podcasts. They are a great listen and give you some great information and tips. Have been listening some some time now and the content and range of topics is brilliant.

Often a interresting pod. But, please let the person that you interview talk and not interrupt her and laugh ( e g the pod about fermentation etc in London).
